Custom Built - Mid Range Gaming PC

Our customer-built gaming PC is built in-store at our Fix my i Tullamore location. We install all components and software in all of our gaming pc builds. All Gaming PC's fully tested by our qualified technicians.

Please note, our technicians will contact you to iron out the specs etc and will build with the best performing components available at the time for the price. Time to receive parts, build, test and ship can take a minimum of 7 business days.

At Fix My i we understand that peace of mind is priceless. All of our brand new products that we sell come with a 12 to 24 month manufacturer warranty.

In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your product within the first 28 days of you receiving it we will collect and return your device after repair or replacement free of charge with zero fuss. However, if you need to return your device outside the 28 days, you must RTS (Return to Seller) which means the purchaser must pay for the return shipping cost. Our return address is Fix My i, Patrick Street, Tullamore, Co Offaly R35 F6E4 

What does the warranty cover? 

• Faults that naturally develop with the product
• If we can not fix the issue, we will replace it.

What is not covered under warranty? 

• The product must be returned in the same condition it was purchased. 
• All of the original packaging, cables etc must be supplied
• Any accidental damage will void your warranty. 
• Liquid / moisture damage will void your warranty
• If your item has been tampered with or repaired by a third party the warranty will be voided. 

• All online orders are shipped via An Post Express Shipping
• An Post delivery charge is €5.99 
• Delivery times are 2-3 days on average but can take longer in some situations.
• Orders are dispatched from our Tullamore store.
• Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email.
• If you are not at home to take in your delivery An Post will leave a note to collect your parcel at the depot.
