Our customer-built gaming PC is built in-store at our Fix my i Tullamore location. We install all components and software in all of our gaming pc builds. All Gaming PC is fully tested by our qualified technicians.

At Fix My i we understand that peace of mind is priceless, all of our devices come with a 12-month warranty. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your device within the first 28 days of you receiving it we will collect and return your device after repair or replacement free of charge with zero fuss. However, if you need to return your device outside the 28 days, you must RTS (Return to Seller) which means the purchaser must pay for the return shipping cost. What does our warranty cover? 

• If your device stops working, we will fix it. 
• If we can not fix your device, we will replace it.

What is not covered under warranty? 

• The device must be returned in the same condition it was supplied. 
• Accidental damage will void your warranty. 
• Liquid / moisture damage will void your warranty
• If your device has been tampered with or repaired by a third party the warranty will be voided. 

Please note: All of our devices are tested to the highest standards by our in house technicians. We install our own “Fix my i” warranty stickers inside of every device. If our warranty stickers are removed this will void your warranty. We take both external and internal pictures of each device when they are sold. The pictures are taken for both customer assurance and warranty purposes.

• An Post delivery charge is €5.99 
• Delivery times are 2-3 days on average but can take up to 5 working days in some situations.
• Orders are dispatched from our Tullamore store.
• Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email.
• If you are not at home to take in your delivery An Post will leave a note to collect your parcel at the depot.
