Wireless technicians undergo strict training and regular testing to ensure they have the experience and qualifications to repair all leading devices. With over 30,000 repairs to date, we are the trusted repair chain. 

We have stores three stores in the midlands, here are your locations so you can post your device to us or you call into any of our stores. 

We pride ourselves on an express repair service. Common devices can be repaired in-store within 30 minutes, whilst postal repairs are between 48-72 hours. 

We always hold stock of our most common repairs such as iPhone repairs all the time. The stock levels on our website are linked directly to our stores so if we have an item in stock on this website then it should be in-store but it is best to contact us first to double check by contacting our customer service team on 083-8570336, info@wirelessphones.ie or by clicking on our live chat feature on this website. 

Whilst your device is in safe hands with us, it is always recommended that you back-up your device and reset back to the factory settings before hand for security purposes.

Wireless is the alternative repair service to Apple and it's subsidiary suppliers. We are an express service that utilises the highest quality parts that are quality controlled. We are not an apple authorised supplier or repair centre. 

Our technicians need to verify that the device is in full working order. They undergo a series of tests that includes touch sensitivity and camera. At no time they would access your personal information or intrude on your privacy.
