What you need to know
The minimum deposit on an item is 80% of the selling price, rounded up to the nearest euro. Instalments can be paid in any rounded Euro amounts after that, until the full value of the item is received.

You can collect your products when the items are paid for in full.

Money paid into the Christmas Club is not refundable, but can be transferred to another item in exceptional circumstances, this will be at the discretion of the store manager. The deposit placed with us will only be valid until the 31/12/2018.

Items are held until the 25th of December, at which point they will be released for sale. We cannot make an exception to this condition, as other customers may be waiting to purchase the product being held.

Every effort will be made to get the products that you are looking for before Christmas. However, as we cannot guarantee availability of any item, we can only accept deposits against stock that we have in store at the time of your visit.

You should take note of your Christmas Club number, and retain any receipts your receive for deposits. You may also be asked for identification when you collect your products, this is only to make sure that there are no mix ups with the products you’ve placed on hold with us.
